Customer service
- Evaluate and plan the work to be carried out, according to established priorities
- Manage customer orders (electronic and other) and enter them into the systems
- Receive and process customer requests related to prices or delivery times
- Receive and process customer complaints
- Follow up on submission changes to the estimating team as needed
- Carry out the management of urgent transport-shipping
- Carry out the management of KANBAN bins
- Consult the people concerned to respond to various customer requests
- Solve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity
- All other related tasks

Vulcain primarily operates as a subcontractor for the heavy vehicle (class 7 and 8) and public transit industries, for specialty and recreational vehicles, and for industrial equipment.
When it comes to sheet metal contract work, our operations include cutting, stamping, punching, bending and assembly through welding or other methods.
